Refund policy
Every day, we do our utmost to satisfy your needs and exceed your expectations. However, as with any business, mistakes can occur and misunderstandings may arise.
Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products, services, or any other aspect of our company, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. This will allow us to resolve any issues to our mutual satisfaction and to learn from your feedback.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns due to damage or defects are, of course, free of charge.

Damages and Issues
We make every effort to package all items so that they are delivered without damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible by email or phone if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Sale items can be returned, provided they meet the same return conditions as all other items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
